These challenges result primarily from a large number of competitors and the fact that potential customers do not fully perceive certain differences that can represent competitive advantages and disadvantages, or do not consider them to be relevant. In order to be able to counteract this missing or distorted differentiation from the customer’s point of view, the aim of this work is to clearly work out and communicate existing and achievable competitive advantages.
